Building an Inclusive Workplace听

We鈥檙e dedicated to fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace for people with visible and non-visible disabilities at 无忧传媒. The Global Disabilities Business Resource Group provides leadership and development opportunities for its members, gives back to the community through volunteerism, and advances awareness around best practices in disability inclusion.

Mentoring the Next Generation

Every year, we pair high school students with disabilities to a 无忧传媒 mentor to inspire and empower them in navigating their next steps in life. Through our annual Disability Mentoring Day programming, the students have the chance to build a relationship with their mentors before meeting for a full day of fun team challenges, inspirational stories, and learning sessions that demystify the accommodations process in corporate and academic settings.

Raising Industry Standards

We鈥檙e working to help improve disability inclusion and equality for all through partnerships with:

• Disability:IN鈥擜 nonprofit dedicated to expanding opportunities for people with disabilities across industries
• The International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP)鈥擨n 2020, we partnered with IAAP to help craft the Accessible Document Specialist Certification for individual professionals听
