eShipGlobal

ÎÞÓÇ´«Ã½ is implementing a program to facilitate all outbound domestic and international shipments. eShipGlobal, an outbound web-based shipping service portal, is intended to replace the use of traditional FedEx.com, UPS.com, DHL, and USPS websites to arrange for the shipping of a package.

Features:

  • Easy access to the site through Single Sign-On (SSO).
  • Shipping methods compared side-by-side for shippers to select best option from all rates from all carriers for the various options.
  • Contracted pricing in the platform, including exclusive eShipGlobal pricing with certain carriers.
  • Airbills and return labels can be printed, and packages can be tracked while in transit.
  • Enhanced export and hazmat shipping compliance through an approval notification/workflow.
  • Automated invoice processing by PPS.
  • Required chart string to validate in real time to bill departments and schools.

Implementation

The eShipGlobal platform is expected to be available for use beginning September 2, 2025. All units will start using eShipGlobal and expected to close their specific Fedex, UPS, DHL accounts by January 1, 2026.

There will be a cost per transactions that will be added to each transaction and paid for by the school or department.
